Mr. Ashwani Kumar
Director - Academics (Physics)
Ashwani has been guiding students for competitive exams since 2009, beginning his journey at FIITJEE. For a long time, he served as the Program Head and HOD of Physics at BASE (in strategic alliance with Resonance Eduventures). Under his guidance, student success has grown remarkably, with the number of students qualifying for engineering entrance exams increasing fourfold. His students consistently achieve top single-digit and double-digit ranks in a wide range of competitive exams, including JEE (Main & Advanced), KVPY, CET, and Olympiads. His students have also secured perfect scores, even achieving 100 percentiles in JEE Main Physics.
Mr. Dattatraya Joshi
Director - Academics (Mathematics)
Dattatraya is a passionate Mathematics educator with over 17 years of experience shaping young minds for success in India's most challenging competitive exams. He believes Mathematics is not just problem-solving but a way to think critically, creatively, and fearlessly. His mentorship has guided students to top IIT JEE ranks and admissions into IITs, NITs, CMI, ISI, IISER, and other premier institutes.
